We collect only the information needed to quote, deliver, and invoice our work: business contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, site addresses, purchase order details, and records of the products and services provided.
Customer information is used solely to operate our business — preparing quotes and proofs, scheduling installations, issuing invoices, and maintaining accurate accounting records. Our internal systems, including our accounting integration with QuickBooks Online, are used exclusively to manage Hive Hesion's own company records.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or business information. Data is shared only with service providers strictly necessary to deliver our work (for example, payment processing or shipping), and only to the extent required.
Records are stored on company-controlled systems with access limited to authorized personnel. Payment card details are never stored on our systems.
